Gamechangers by footprint

Yeah, just wondering how these fit, are they true sized? I wear a 10 in my nikes and supra's, but on the other hand a 9.5 in any soletech shoe.
Rather going for the 9/9.5 version or buy the larger 10/10.5 one?
Shipping them to germany, so it would be a pain in the ass to get the wrong size!

Aren't you supposed to trim them anyway?
I would just get the larger size

i wear a 9 in vulcs and usually a 9.5 in cups.. i've had 2 pairs of gamechangers and didn't have any problems fitting them inside numerous shoes; campus vulcs, es square 2s, huf choices and circa maxsons just to name a few...

They run huge for me. I had to cut mine down by probably a whole size. The problem with trimming is you're supposed to do in 10 minutes, but they're really fucking hard to trim. Trim them so they fit pretty good in your shoes to mold them, and then you can always keep trimming them.

Do you have to have shoes with removable insoles to use these things (i.e. replace the factory insoles with the gamechangers), or can you put them in any shoes?

some people do double stack their insoles, but gamechangers aren't intended to and i wouldnt recommend it. the elevation will make it easier to roll an ankle

Cool, thanks. I want to try these things, but I tear through shoes pretty quickly and it adds up. The website says they last through "multiple pairs of shoes," but that's pretty vague. I usually wear a hole in my insoles (like, I get a hole in the sole and keep skating until my sock shows through the bottom of the shoe) in about a month. How long do you think these footprint things will last me?

Either you skate really hard, you're retarded and you Fred Flintstone your car, or you wear really shitty shoes.
I can understand tearing through the upper in a month, but wearing out the sole? Jesus.
Oh, and logic would dictate that you change your shoes BEFORE you see your sock, if you want to preserve your insoles.

oh,i'd like to have more opinions, yet there's just 2 different ones , would be fucked up to order them, waiting for the packet and then realizing they don't fit at all

Yeah, I know it's kind of weird, doesn't seem to happen to most people. Don't know why it happens to me, but it always has, even when I first started skating. I only weight 150lbs, so it's not like I have a ton of weight bearing down on the things, either. But I always get a hole in the sole, right beneath the ball of my front foot. It's weird because you'd think the back foot would wear through first from popping.
Anyway, about the Gamechangers, the only reason I let the holes develop in the insoles is because I hate to waste anything, so I like to skate my shoes until they're truly unskateable. Obviously if I wanted to keep the insoles for my next pair of shoes, I'd have to pitch the old shoes before I got holes in the soles.
My question is, what makes the Gamechangers wear out and how long do they last? Do they just get flat or too soft, or what?

In my experience they fit true to size, if you have a narrow shoes like the Busenitz's or Janoski's you would have to trim them a little but the length is true to size.
As for durability, i have the first generetion Gamechangers for 6-7 months now and they are still good, only problem is that i needed to super glue the edges because the plastic seperated from the lining, no biggie, they still work.
i would highly recommend them for you, i had a lot of insoles over the years and the Gamechangers worked the best for me, solved alot of feet problem i had.

you must wiggle and reset your feet all the time.

If you think about it makes sense. If they made these too narrow, to fit Nike's out of the box, then you would be out of luck skating a wider shoe like Vans.
I guess if you get the right size you may not have to. I wear a 13 and bought the 13-13.5 and they were huge so I'm thinking of getting the 2.5's in a 12-12.5 when I order them

Yea, that's exactly how I saw it, too. It has to pretty much be as big as possible for any given shoe size. You can always trim, but you can't add.

any special trick for trimming them or just cut them down and then put them in the shoes to mold them?
can i destroy anything by trimming them?

I am currently on my 3rd pair of shoes for the current set (the 2.5's) i have now

The 1s got flat and stank and 2 just got stank after a few months, that's the shelf life they're referring to. The 2.5's are supposed to fix both of those, I believe.
I wear 8.5 in all my nikes and the 8/8.5 size fit perfect in all of them without any trimming whatsoever (even janoskis).
