Since Van's birthday just passed, I was wondering , what would it be like to see Van skate in all the recent internet clips and what kind of tricks would be going down if he was still around? I think it would've been fucking rad if he was in Krook3d. What are your thoughts?

the similarity between them is not only that they both skate vert but both have their names implied in some murders. true fact.

I'm backing dude's thread despite the hate..  Van was one of a kind.  He'd be on random, unknown foreign spot coverage that's NBD, Daewon type shit- INNOVATOR.  He was not a robot comp. killer, but he'd bust the last expected thing and blow everyone's mind and walk away modestly.

Recently I was getting rid of stuff in my closet and found my old pair of the colorway of Chukka lows he did with the black suede and green laces. Mind you I skated these long before his passing, but seeing something you associate with someone who's no longer living like a photograph or something, even if you personally didn't know them, is a weird vibe for sure. I didn't end up getting rid of them even though one of the toe boxes is completely gone and beyond unwearable, I'm still conflicted whether I should or not.

No way! A "true fact" you say? Never heard one of those before. Just like I never heard about Danny Way being associated with that murder. I mean, it's not like someone brings it up every time Danny Way's name is brought up. You are really bringing the knowledge with this one.
