Theres already a 6 page thread about the 540 kid. By far the best thing thats ever been done in that park.

as far as the 540 goes, (not that its not one of the most insane things ive ever seen done) but do you think he could ever do that on a real street spot where the ground isnt ridiculously waxed up and slippery like it is at the berrics? i sometimes wish they would go outside for the battle at the berrics games, some of those tricks would never rotate fully without the slippery ground

i dont understand the extreme polarisation of ability in skateboarding, there's becoming so many people that are just so amazingly skilled whilst a lot of us continue to suck. i think there's more to it than simply the amount of  practise / your spots.

it seems as though a higher percentage of skateboarders are amazingly skilled than there was say 10 years ago. its weird/personally disheartening. i love skateboarding but id really love to be better at it
