I can still do regular hardflips, the best way I can explain it is that it's kind of like going from varial heels to laserflips.  Your back foot just needs to scoop it around harder, and your front foot needs to flick out sideways to get out of the way and let the board flip.  If you can already do hardflips and laserflips, 360hardflips aren't going to be too out of reach.

with your back foot, try to kick yourself in the head; with your front foot try to kick yourself in the ass.
