Interesting things .  Relae at nr 75 from denmark ( following in the footsteps of NOMA ) . Manresa (48) and Coi (58) both from SF .
Faviken (34) from sweden was " the one to watch " from last year it seems to be the one most chefs are stoked on for its effort to be totaly local from fish and meat to veggies and herbz . Blumenthals new restaurant on the list got higher place then his Fat duck is quite the suprise . And I think its the first time so many USA restaurants are on the top 50 and first time so many Asian restaurants are on the list
