Are you guys aware that most of the suede/leather materials used in the industry aren't made of ACTUAL leather, and most of them are made with textil and/or synthetic material that look/feel like actual leather?

I mean do you think that "super suede" is made with "super cows"?

However I have no idea about the glue/colorant that are used for the shoes.

Look at the tongue of your shoes and check the pictograms, you would be surprised by how few of your shoes are made with actual animal skins.

I could be wrong, because it seems to good to be true, but I feel that shoes would be much more expensive if they were made of actual skin.

i'm pretty sure most vegan/ vegos know how to read tongue labels and i think that you would be surprised at how many shoes ARE made from animal hides. supersuede/ supra TUF et al. still contain animal products and are not 100% synthetic. back in the tech late 90's/ early 00's there were lots more synthetic designs around but these days they are harder to come by.
