For instance, I'm currently sitting in my office knocking out a spreadsheet, but I'm kinda thinking about maybe sorta turning pro for Chocolate next week and filming the ender for Pretty Sweet.

As for the spread sheet thing, it's just a necessity of business.  It's a program (MS Xls.) that allows people to input raw data and make decisions.  I do it because it allows my family to live a nice life and isn't very difficult..  Not ideal, but it works.
