He's facing his problems while keeping his wits and humour about it.  It's commendable.
 
It'd be much worse if he was giving some 'cry me a river' sob story about his issues, the fact he's able to laugh about it shows some true strength and character.  Freddy is a true street soldier.  We need more people like this and less of those just trying to cash in.

Everybody's different, but when I joke about my addictions it's probably more of a denial thing than anything. I know things are bad but I guess it makes me feel like my problems aren't as serious as they are. All the best to Gall though, nothing wrong with a wake up call.
