I've noticed a cycle here: It seems like most skaters who get hated on will reach a peak of the amount of hate they get, then after that it starts to slowly die down and people start hating on them less, and eventually the hate turns into support.
This has happened with Shekler, Bam, Duffel, and now its starting to happen with Jereme.

The only person who I cannot see this happening for is Berra. But who knows, maybe next year he'll find the cure for cancer or somethin and redeem himself. But then again, knowing Berra, he'll probably make the cure Berrics exclusive only.

Pretty sure the 'core' skateboarding community, in general, is totally done with Berra and Alex Klein. While I was disappointed Jeremy quit skating for whisper rapping, he's since become the gift that keeps on giving.  Trashing hotels while naked and high on 'hangover pills', that ad with the big fellas, and now this. If he keeps going at this pace, he has to be in the SOTY conversation for 2012.
