I am putting together a video filmed entirely on iPhones, my goal is to get skateboarders from all over to contribute footage.  If anyone is interested in submitting footage, upload it to a dropbox folder (or similar service) and email the link to andylicardi@gmail.com. Filming deadline is June 20th, and the video is set to premiere on June 30th.

only iPhone users are pretentious enough to get a stupid idea like this. There are many phones with equal photo/video capabilities and their owners aren't going out of their way to push crappy footage in your face.

If you send me footage filmed from a different phone and it looks the same, thats cool.  Maybe I should have called this "smartphone skate video."  If the idea is too pretentious and stupid for you, don't contribute, I'm sure your clips won't be missed.

I've got another project I'm working on (not filmed on a cell phone), this is just a side project,  a video filmed by skateboarders, on devices everyone has.

Lol @ the fact that there are stereotypes for iPhone users & that I'm responding to this thread with my own. I've had android phones for years and within the first few days after I bought it I was fully convinced that the iPhone is infinitely better than 90% of droid phones out there, not to mention that the operating system isnt nearly as buggy. Browsing SLAP on my droid 3 was a fucking pain in the ass

As far as this video I don't really think its a bad idea. Nobody's expecting fully flaired part 2 this shit more like a 3 minute YouTube clip. Depending on who sends in footage and how it's edited it could be decent. If I fuck around and actually start using my camera for once I might PM you a clip or two just for the hell of it
