that's so true.  it's hard to think of things it wouldn't go with.  that's what i love about it, it's so all purpose.  i love my spicy hot sauces (of all types) but this one truly does go with almost anything.  i love Tabasco, Frank's Red Hot, Louisiana, and all my Mexican sauces (especially Yucateco.  best shit ever) but not all those go with all things.   i like Tabasco on eggs but not so much on a teriyaki rice bowl.  fuckin sriracha goes on everything

That's some serious appreesh.  I love the Sriacha.  I usually keep a bottle of that and another of thinner more vinegary hot sauce on tap.  Sometimes the garlic level of the cock sauce is a bit much.  I can't get into the crazy just for shock value hot sauces.  Like add one drop of this shit to an entire pot of chili sauces.  If it comes down to that I'll just throw in some real peppers.

I was gonna ask about that shit! An old roommate had some and I never got around to trying it. What's the deal, is it less spicy and more garlic-y or what? What do you use it on, same shit as the normal stuff?

Yeah man. It tastes a little different because of the garlic, but it's the same type shit. It's also a lot less blended so there are still seeds in it.

I personally like this a lot more than the chili garlic version. This shit is strait, unadulterated chili flavor. Use it like you would sri racha only a little more sparingly because it is hotter. Its really good on mean, like on gyros it is awesome or mixed in mayo and used on burgers/hot dogs/fries.

Has anyone seen sriracha in a different bottle? I was at whole foods tryna get my granola on and came across 'sriracha' but there was no rooster on the bottle...had to get my cock from kroger. Can't remember the name on the other bottle, maybe it was the same shit?
