Why didn't you ask  brockman about the shuriken shannon Story ?

We did. Didn't come out well. We tape for 60-90 minutes usually. We use the best of the best in attempts to make an entertaining episode with a good pace. Just 'cuz you don't see it doesn't mean we didn't ask or bring it up. I know it might seem that way. Sometimes we have good stories and answers that just can't even be edited down in a simple manner so they end up not being used. Can't have one question take up half an episode. Fuck we've had killer stories never make it because of audio or camera problems too ... my favorite story ever (it involves Dylan) happened in the first test episode we ever filmed (way before I brought Erica on board) and because of technical drama it didn't get used. But i am waiting to have the guest back on to have it retold. its a funny one.

For the record... The Brockman/Shuriken thing has been covered in past Brockman interviews, so that was another reason that the footage not working out too well on this episode wasn't a big loss in my opinion. As for Jimmy, class clown for sure. I remember a few years back thinking it was a bit schticky and annoying, but that's because in footage you see concentrated amounts of it. He's pretty cool and has been fairly normal almost every time I've chilled with him. The kids do love him though.
