Not any tricks in particular but throwing down and taking three or more serious pushes before setting up.

Leo just set the new one. That photo of him ollieing a handi-cap rail jump
with a gap after it
. I can guarantee you will see at least 10 other handi-cap bump over bar + gap tricks this year. I have never seen that one, it is pretty awesome and I am sure there are a bunch more out there.
On a side not, anyone else notice the new trend of ollieing over 2 handrails?
Rattray did it first. 2:26
John Rattray - 411 Rookies
I remember Carrol had an early one as well. Modus or the Chocolate tour? Someone else find it.

As far as other trends go, I'm going to say, shuviting out of, and taking tricks to fakie on handrails is going to be the new shit. But then again, I thought last year would be the year of the front foot impossible.

Doing tricks on ledges without ollieing into them (like slappies). Janoski has been doing lots of switch crookeds just riding into them. I wanna see more, like a slappie backside smith or switch slappie 5050s on high ledges.
yes. not ollieing tricks are the new go. and of course no comply 180s are still trendy. flip trick land no set up then another trick immediately mark suciu style

Wall ride/pole jam to 50/50 down a handrail. Spanky, I'm lookin' at you.
That's getting relatively common these days, but the first time I remember seeing it was Chris Senn in Jump Off A Building, AND it was a wall rail

No looking at your feet for setting up tricks, similar to guitar virtuosos not looking at their hands while playing. Also landing tricks where your feet are already in place for your next trick no matter what it is. Caught late flips.

Wall ride/pole jam to 50/50 down a handrail.
A clip was posted recently of some kid doing this on a park rail.
matt bennett (switch aswell), elijah, and a bunch of other people have done all sorts of variations.
Steve Caballero grinded up and down a rail sort've like that ages ago... can't remember what clip it was though. If memory serves, there was more of an arch in the rail and it was pretty decent sized.

Not really a trick, but just skating down streets, doing good shit, but it looking more natural and unplanned. It has already started happening (See Alex Olson in Fat Bill's Transworld's Cinematographer Project part) and I see it becoming more prevalent in the near future.

Also, what about handrail or ledge grinds while grabbing stale via Herman? Primo slides down banks. Darkslides down El Toro. HoHo Plants on flat. Christ Airs off curbs.
