Why do people always have to raise their voices and talk really fast to try and get a point across?

I don't know anything about Lil Wayne so it would be unfair for me to make any comment about him. I don't see what the problem is here though... the dude just wanted to watch a basketball game and was treated like a regular human being, so what. His reaction probably resembled Shocked
