Has anyone filmed anything paranormal?

Skated all day and filmed with a gopro. Looked at the footage from today, and one of the clips was a deep strong pink color, basically neon pink. Even the thumbnail shows up as pink, and none of the other clips have this. It was right after I filmed this abandoned house, that supposedly is haunted. Anyone ever experience something like this before?

Only reason I ask, I've read about cameras acting unusual around something paranormal. Maybe someone can explain why the clip would be neon pink?

Before we went skating, I kept asking my friend, "Is there anything cool to skate up on the mountain?" I was thinking water towers or electrical towers. He wasn't sure but told me there is this abandoned house that is really creepy and you should bring your camera.

So we walked his dogs and I brought my camera. We filmed this weird house, it had a downstairs and I thought we should explore it, but it was way too scary. We then went and skated for the rest of the day. We were going to skate this ledge but people were working by it, so we kept driving. We came up on this microsoft type mega complex with like 10 different office buildings.

At this point of skating this complex, we were basically talking saying this is another vortex edit. I have these vortex edits. We went home and watched the finals game, and then peeped the footage.

We looked at all the house footage, and then the following clip has this crazy pink hue to it. We thought that is weird, maybe the camera broke. But none of the other clips have this. We paused for a second and looked at eachother like wtf, and then just whatever. Proceeded with the edit. I don't think that pink clip is anything paranormal but maybe it is.

This was pretty creepy....

A couple years back I was filming my friend skate this big rail in Richmond VA. We'd been filming all day and planned to go to the rail at night because you have to rolll up a curb out of the street. The rail is a really tall mellow 10 stair rail but the stairs are big too so the rail is probably the size of a 12 or 13 and it's well over waist high and the sketchy bondoed roll up and wood up the curb doesn't make it any better but the rail itself is really good and looks gnarly but to my knowledge only 3 basics have ever gone down. He wanted to crook it and had noseslid it before so I was pretty confident he'd do it. So we lit it up and had 2 angles, one from the front and one from the back both long lens. He starts trying, rolling up a bunch and pops into a few noseslides to warm up me and the other Filmer are filming the whole time it had go have been 15-20 roll ups/tries we filmed. Then he goes for one misses the pop because he pops a little late tries to jump on the rail slips and ends up back lipping the rail with his chest...it was a gnarly slam. He was obviously done for the night but wanted to see the slam to see what he did. I filmed the whole thing even zoomed into him on the for a second. So we I go to watch the footage back....and there is nothing there no footage at all from the whole session, not even a time code, when I rewind the tape it's goes to earlier that day to the spot before we went to the rail...ok ok so it could've been my vx1000 maybe it needs repair so I the other dude filming is like don't worry I got it...he plays his camera back and nothing is there not one roll up not one try and no time code of the session! There was literally no proof that we were even at that spot....I sen my camera in for repair the next day and told the dude what happened and he said the chances of that happening to both cameras at the same time is one and a million he also said my heads just needed a cleaning nothing was out of place and the camera should've still recorded and was recording fine for him  before the repair.

I still wonder what this was...like a magnetic field over top of the spot that causes both of out cameras to malfunction? Anyway I've never been back to that rail since....

I thought it would be interesting to film some skating with a thermal imaging camera thinking that the friction of grinds and slides might leave some interesting heat signatures.  I set the camera down for minute so that I could do a few kegels and I believe I captured the first documented evidence of "The Nothing"...

My buddy was smoking when he took a picture of me doing a wallride. When he posted the picture people were convinced we had a photo of a ghost. Not very spooky but we were hyped on it.

Finger over the lense theory seems pretty logical, but it would still have to shoot through my finger, and I put my hand over the camera all the time, haven't had this happen before. I'll have to look at the clip again at home. At the end of the clip I turn the camera towards my face. I'm thinking a finger can be ruled out because the pink covers the whole screen and remains consistent through the clip. Wouldn't a finger only partially make the clip pink, even if you could record video through flesh?

At some fancy hot springs in costa rica, my friend was taking pics as it was closing for the night. Some steam from an empty pool made what looked pretty closde to a ghostly human face. When zooming in the definition became even more clear, it looked like an elderly guy screaming. His camera got stolen before we could upload it. We looked at it practically every night on the camera, too weird.

I don't have anything to contribute as far as filming or anything skating and paranormal, but a couple of years ago a guy (my age) and his wife drove up while I was cutting grass and it turned out that he grew up in my home. He kept asking me if I ever saw anything, and seemed really surprised that I had never met the ghost of his grandmother or great aunt or something. I'm still waiting...

Anyway, as far as the pink footy... it's a known issue with the GoPro. Just Google "gopro pink footage" (no quotes) and see the results. I don't think it's damaged so much as it's a quirky little glitch.

From what I've read, it's a manufacturer error. Something about a bug in the firmware, which they fixed. Most people were writing they had pink clips after the first few uses. I've had mine for a couple years and this is my first pink clip.

Kinda funny we go to this abandoned house with some dogs and we think we have this ghost on the camera but it appears to be nothing at all, reminds me of something from a scooby doo episode.

believe me i would love nothing more than this pink footage to be a ghostly effect on your camera or bigfoot sending out bigfoot rays in a conspiracy to ruin skate footage or whatever. I love the paranormal, like the poster says "I want to believe" but i am grounded enough to know that pretty much every paranormal occurance has an explanation. whether it be mundane or amazing coincidences. the explanation in this case is totally mundane, a glitch in the video.

but i did really enjoy the skating though. i'm impressed the creepy music worked like it did.
