559's are considered baggy?
I own a pair of 559 cords that I used to wear a lot and I never really considered them to be baggy, just more of a normal fit.
I guess try out some of the Dickies relaxed fit pants. Those are pretty good.

Well, I buy my pants longer than I usually wear, and sag them, so opposed to getting straight legs they're baggier. My bad, I know what you mean.
