I think he kind of bailed on KOTR or was hurt, so people were talking shit about him being a pussy and ledge dancer fag robotron. With all of his crazy ledge tricks it's easy to forget that he gets down on some pretty damn big sets and rails.

I think the hate stems from bailing on KOTR to "file taxes" when he was actually pussy whipped by the Monster Dime Squad chick.  Not that anyone on here can blame him for that.  I can only imagine the vile, unforgivable things most would do for a shot at her.
I think some people think he's trying to sell out or make as much cash as possible, but that's gotta be complete bullshit when he rides for Skate Mental.  I love Staba, but I'm guessing the contracts don't pay near as much as other top brands, which Nugget could surely get on if he wanted.

Since I've never asking him to his face, I have no idea if this the reason, but the Nike SB team came through Seattle a bit ago and my buddy asked point blank what has up with that and everyone on the team was saying he has a weird skin condition and sun is really bad for him. Doesn't explain why he's wearing a hood indoors, but it would sure explain that Fourstar team photo on the beach.
