so the creative and operations guys in ohio are either going to be employed by the LJG or are going to now be subject to their creative control and business practices? thats what i'm reading here.

I wonder if most of the expansion will be focused on Habitat. Dyrdek has said in more than one interview that Habitat has the direction and potential to be much more than a skate brand. The press release says Habitat stands for "eco-conscious design," which I don't know if they really have aside from having plants and shit in their graphics. I feel like the bath soaps, etc will be marketed under a more "green" Habitat.

But overall, this is disappointing. I thought the split from Burton would be a step in a better direction, but right now it looks bleak.
