Inguinal hernia

Had hernia repair surgery a month & a week ago, cruised around a bit but 20 min later my lower abdominal area is just super sore and I feel as if I'm degrading the recovery. wanted to know if anyone has gone through a hernia repair- doc said it can take 3 months for the tissue which was cut through during the operation to fully heal back to normal. Anyone gone through this b.s ? How long before u were ripping again? Thanks any replies are appreciated !!

i remember this one time i had a big sore bump on the right side of my abdomen and thought it was a hernia.. turns out it was a swollen lymph node from chlamydia. be patient, be sure to take all your antibiotics and you'll be back on your board in no time.
