Whenever people tell me a trick, I get all low like I'm setting up for something and then I just pull my pants down and moon them. I've been doing this since I was 12 and it's still funny

A friend of mine got this one day when he tried a wallie and slammed super hard on his ass.

An old lady and her husband walks by and she says

"What the hell are they doing here? Why cant they do that in the getto!"

She actually said suburbs but the upper class in sweden thinks every suburb is a ghetto.

That was hilarious. Apparently people think we film in hopes that we'll catch a deadly slam on video and get on Scarred to talk about it.

Conversation at a manny pad spot at a bank downtown.

Do you know what time it is?
Do I look like Big Ben over here?
Listen asshole, I'm trying to sleep up there, I've got to work in the morning.
No A/C? Close your window.
Get out of here or I'm calling the cops.
Go ahead.
Just fucking leave.
A little common courtesy would have made this a much nicer interaction.
Common courtesy?? You are waking people up with this shit in the middle of the night.
It's not even midnight holmes, and you do not qualify as people.
(mumbles under his breathe as he walks away)
So, does tomorrow night work better for you?  Okay, see you then.

For many, many years i would get all the various typical shitty ass remarks from people. A few weeks ago, I had a strange run in with a homeless person whom didn't want me making any noise in "his area". He ended up yelling crazy shit at me and then chased me down the street with a wooden "sword" that he had found.

This is the first Summer, however, where most of the (non-homeless) people that I have encountered in NYC have been super nice:

Last week a women walked by me and said, "It's harder than it looks!"

This week a younger women with a baby in her stroller offered me some food and water. I actually thought about this for a moment because I know that women with babies always have those little containers of delicious cheerios for their kids.

kid: "dad what will we eat for dinner today?"

dad:"spaghetti and baguette"

This video pretty much nails all of the shit said in here...
Shore Break Baby - SF Top To Bottom

I always hear "skate or die" - but people always wanna distract you enough to make you fall or eat shit. Especially when holding a pizza box or 12 pack. I just ignore them now or flip people off. But people REALLY wanna see you get hurt on a skateboard, or they just "feel" outraged in general having in their vicinity. There has been times I've been cruising in the streets and cars will always honk or give you little to no room, or recently, had a lady try to fucking park on top of me as I'm skating through a parking spot. People just get mad at a skateboard. I'm used to it after 10+ years of pushin' around.

And to my man, BraveUlysses: The saddest thing someone has ever said to me regarding skating was about five years ago when some black chicks said to me "why you skatin' you black". Every now and then I think about how fucking sad and pathetic those chicks and people like those chicks are.

That MUST have been a while ago - normally when I go skate around NYC I see tons of Black and Latin kids killing shit. They easily out number white people from what I see now-a-days (around parks). People like those chicks are whack as fuck - they probably just sit on the same block all day, seeing the same shit - you defiantly blew their mind.

"wooooooooooooo"
"skate or die"
"faggots"

9 times out of 10, i'll get one of those yelled out from some randoms in a moving car. don't really get any negative shit person-to-person, on the streets. usually just bums/peds standing around watching because theyre actually interested, which I think is rad

Yeah like I said it was about five years ago and a lot has changed when it comes to how certain black people perceive skating. It's funny because I still live in the same neighborhood and every time I walk out my house and look down the street I always see the same motherfuckers that were trying to clown me hanging out on the corner all day still doing nothing.
