It's a bummer to see Jake Johnson at the bottom of the voting pool.

I had no idea that Anti Hero had that big of a team.

I agree, especially considering he can do fucking anything. He was my number 1 choice for Alien. I just chalk that up to the average internet-era teenage skater not knowing his thumb from his dick though

I'm actually a little bummed that it's voting and not the company's choice. It's rad to see when a company brings on a flow kid nobody knows who just merks it. Like Johnny Layton on the first KOTR. But I'm sure there will be some discrepancy.

^^ And that Blake Carpenter kid does completely kill shit - hoping he makes it in there but I doubt it considering no one knows who he is.

The company does choose who gets to go. The voting on Thrasher is just for fun hence the name "Fantasy" draft.

Terpening, Tyler Bledsoe, Gilbert, Jake, John,

Grosso, Pfanner, Allen, Stranger, Trujillo

Jordan Taylor, Collin Provost, Johnny Layton, Leo Romero, Ed

Adrian Mallory, Taylor Bingaman,,Willis Kimbel, Al Partanen, David Gravette

I'd rather just the companies pick though.

in the comments:

"Oldmanskater la Kook ? Habersham Central High School
is it really fair to include Cardiel? I talked to the dude @ a Vans store recently... he really wish he could skate.. but can not.... therefore vote for Andy Roy instead!"

Nobody that works at a Vans store skates, and they certainly are not an authority on the amount of points that Cardial's stoke/motivation would bring in.

I voted for Cardiel for the reason above, and solely because he's John FUCKING Cardiel and in my mind I was thinking if he could skate, he would kill everything.

Then I voted for Jake Johnson for Alien and Blake Carpenter for Toy but hopefully this is just a "fantasy" draft where it doesn't really apply.

everybody that votes, put PAT MCCLAIN in your anti hero pool. do it for the good of earth and bitches.

if not, you'll be shamed by a million bloody kittens in the afterlife.

if you do it, i promise you a heaven full of nympho-angels and perfect skate spots with rivers of beer that doesn't burn your asshole when you swim in it.

also, a house made of mcgriddles (which taste like baby nympho-angels).

PAT MCCLAIN for KOTR!!!!!! SHOW THEM THE POWER OF SLAP!!!!!!!!!

I doubt they're completely basing it off of that anyway. I'm sure the companies already have a solid idea of who they're gonna send.

Plus, even if Rob Dyrkek got all of the votes, I couldn't see him going through with this.

Man the alien team is stacked with so many good riders. It was pretty hard to choose who I would love to see skate.

Everyone on Anti Hero is hoping Andy Roy doesnt get the nod. Who would want to share a hotel with him for two weeks?

Yeah, I don't think it's real either, it's probably a "tell us who's your SOTY" thing, with no repercussions whatsoever.

I already posted in here saying the voting is just for fun. It is a FANTASY draft. The companies pick who gets to go.

Agreed, he is insanely good. So he's on Toy fully? Was there a welcome ad or anything?

Nah I think there's one pick for each team (Fitzgerald, Blake Carpenter, Raney Beres, etc.) that's either an unannounced am or flow kid. Considering the voting has no influence on the actual team decisions, I'd guess (and maybe this is just wishful thinking) they'll have each team bring a flow kid to spice it up.
