Damn... Now I know there are going to be arguments favoring the cops saying the kids probably resisted arrest or was running. From the video you can't tell much. Regardless of what happen Prior to the beating still didn't require four police officers to Pin a kid down and hit him in the face after he is restrained.

At age 20, how does he have three warrants for being out past curfew? Failure to pay his tickets? That clearly deserves a beat down. Those cops are for sure getting sued, but the reality is that a lot of cops get super pissed of you don't do what they say right away. It sucks that shit like this has to happen on order to check them and the public as to how to act.
