Check the Joe Gavin Liquid swords deck I was talking about a few weeks back. One of these is definitely going to be under my feet. Best graphic in years! And it's always good to support a friend

such a sick graphic

I cant find landscape decks anywhere in America. Me gusta

I had the blue one, I was pleasantly surprised for a birdhouse.

That's correct.  Scumco x Chromeball x Animal Chin

The graphic is from the board at 2:26.  "Dollars Homeboy!"

have you tried the Ace 66'?

I had them on an old school 9.6 ish board and they fit just fine.

While they're tricky to get hold of there are a few places out there that still have em

66? Fuck I aint seen them. Haven't managed to find anything that big and had given up really. Shoulda known better. Nice one, im on the hunt

http://socalskateshop.com/index.php?l=product_detail&p=6904
They're 9.5"

$40 shipping $49 trucks. Wow. In the UK these sizes are hard to come by, but ive got one reply from 6 shops that are gonna order me some in. Stoked. The shop I work in can only get indys that size and shiner are out of stock. Gonna have to pay full price for shit in the first time in years

Yes.  It looked like this, which wasn't really bad...just wasn't feeling it.

going to need a review of that polar board when you're done skating it. been debating really hard about ordering some, i'll gladly shell out extra cash than normal to get some mailed in if they are well made boards.

I skated flatground and did some slappys with it for about an hour yesterday. It's pretty flat. There is no concave on the nose or tail at all, which makes noseslides and tailslides a bit easier to balance out, but flip tricks are a little weird on it at first. The nose and tail are rounded, rather than pointed. It seems to be a very well made board though. It'll take another session or two for me to figure out whether I really like it or not.

not a bad review. i usually skate toy machine boards, only the watson laminate ones, and they are usually super flat. looking forward to hearing the final reviews.

After skating it for a few more days, the board is super good. It's strong, isn't cracking or delaminating or doing anything weird. It's just pretty flat, so you'll have to adjust foot positions accordingly for flip tricks. I'll definitely buy more of them.

I've been skating mine for about 2 days now and can agree with everything said here. Solid solid board. Mine's an 8.125" so just a tad wider and still pretty flat with a great shape

Damn, I'm kind of disappointed to hear that Polar's are so flat. I really want to skate one, but I like my boards to have a good amount of concave to them.

My preference is the more concave the better, but the polar didnt feel that flat to me. I rode the 8" one, but I just came off a superflat alien workshop board so anything would have felt deep then though, but theyre still fine.

edit: heres the 8.125

I just got the Polar Pontus P2 shape.  It's VERY different.  Not setting it up since my Magenta's got plenty of life yet.  I'll snap a photo though here in a bit.  Gotta watch City of Rats first!  Wink
