Just made a colossal fuck up at work and I have production sweating me right now. Fingers crossed. Basically some producer on the music side was supposed to be scheduled for a meeting today, I spaced and didn't phone them, consequence, shitstorm.

This place just gave me the worst stomach pain/sickness I've experienced in a long time. I advise all to stay away.

Fucking wind. Not only does it prevent any good skate sessions, it also fucks with my allergies and asthma. Add that to my girlfriend always being bummed on something lately. Damn.

I gave up being an alcoholic not long ago, which is going well.. But today is my first day without weed. I'm stoked to clear my head.. but right now I physically and mentally feel like shit. My friend's girl left the door open and I'm so wound up I threw a little slamming fit. I know getting some exercise would make me feel better, but I just wanna break shit and flip on someone.

Ordered some shoes and they came in today, wrong colorway, sucks, but I'm still going to skate them, no need to wait another two weeks to send/get them back.

Just read this online earlier. I live about an hour away from Pittsburgh, but my sister lives in it.
Scary.

a friend of mine OD'd on heroin and was in the ICU for 48 hours. This morning, he died.
edit: I heard from a more reliable source who was in contact with his parents that it was morphine patches that he overdosed on.
drug overdoses are just so easily avoidable.

Having to regrip my board, then on top of that fucking up on the grip job upon the regrip.
Grip wasn't sticking to my board at all because of the cold weather and peeled off at the edges, so I decided to get a new sheet of grip and regrip it. Upon regripping it the blade I was using was super dull so I had tug it a bit harder than usual on the cut. On one of the sides I tugged it a little too hard and took a pretty big chunk out. Not too big of a deal, but I just hate when that happens. It's so distracting when I look down at my board and see what would be an otherwise decent grip job except for a big coin sized chunk missing.

thought it would be a good idea to skate whilst drunk and tarted up in my best transvestite party gear... my chin and the pavement suggest it wasn't.
also thought it would be a good idea to relieve my bladder into a cup and drink it, again, it wasn't

This morning while running, with a TON of other people, I got the worst case of the shits EVER. There were no woods, or port-a-potties where we were either. Fortunately, I made it to some random barracks before I had an assplosion, but the combo of stomach pain and fear of shitting your pants in front of a few hundred people at the age of 32 is staggering.

I found out today that I'm gluten intolerant. The 20+ trips to the bathroom today because of what wheat is doing to my body haven't been very fun at all. Both of my parents are gluten intolerant, so I should've seen this one coming.
