The footage(like able said) was up for a while, and it was hilarious.no one knew when to go, it was a series of best trick single attempts, like street league. Because no one knew when to go, many tricks weren't counted. It somehow worked out that a bail scored higher than some landed tricks though. the course itself was brutal, a parody of a real park.there were a few amazing tricks, guy was just the most consistent.

Chinese culture is in a rush to become westernized. 

Similarly, they have been holding drift competitions over the past years in which some of the top American pro's are invited.  The dudes that go over there treat it like a big party and nothing more - it's super unorganized and lacking key elements of a real competition.  Watching some of this event really echoed the sentiments of the drift competitions they have over there.  Nothing like an event you would see the US. 

Still, props to Guy for taking home Gold!

It's like they fell into a damn time capsule back to the early 90's when Hawk used to enter both the street and vert X games comps.  LOL

That must have been the most awkward hour of skating in their lives.  Without even cruising around the park to stay warm between tries.

Chany shooting photos?!?!  (what was that about?), Hoyle lurking in the crowd, "William Hamilton", unknown China dude board sliding and ollie to riding the ledge.  hilarious.

Still stoked to see Guy win it, anyways.
