watched it again.  trent's so good.  it wasn't a loss for him, it was a win for PJ.

yeah amazing game.  trent got skunked but that performance would have won just about any other game.

i wouldn't mind seeing pj take it at all.  although paul seems pretty focused this year as well, so i'm not gonna get ahead of myself.

The real question is what video is PJ filming for???

isn't there supposed to be a plan b video in the works?

i guess it is common among plan b riders to say stuff like: "yeah, i am filimg" and "yeah sure, the video will be the dropping in the very near future" and "shecks got b/s flip down el toro" and "danny way has a lot of street footage" ... it seems to me, that this is almost some sort of a running gag! and we all know, there never will be a planb video  Angry  Cry
superfuture is never coming out. I remember when I first started skating I heard about it and was really hyped but it's been what? 5 years since the promos for it came out and not diddly. false hopes...

Beating a dead horse, but that was the best game of skate I've ever seen.

Way into all the variations of basics. I'd much rather watch 30 back to back tricks without one person tripping up than someone start with a  nollie720laserlaterflip and the other dude miss it. Save that shit for the checkmate.

you do realize the point of the game is to make the other guy miss it right? only here would someone prefer seeing the same basic tricks as usual instead of something different

well that all depends on your strategy...right?  Take that felipe gustavo game for instance, the dude missed some pretty basic tricks.  For pros, at least

it's like a movie, man.

Good cinema:beginning, middle, and end.

We establish who the main characters are (PJ and Trent), the the tension is built with the basic tricks, then the climax comes and PJ gets the gold. Followed by the denouement with the post-game interviews.

I like watching good skateboarding. Consistency like that is sick. Everyones got some weird obscure tricks no one else can do. That shit is cool, too, but like I said, save it for the end.

I liked that that black dude did the interviews more than reda. I mean the interviews are unnecessary, but Reda bugs. That was an amazing game im hoping pj takes it finally.

Am I the only one that noticed how good all of Trent's tricks looked? His flip tricks were more dipped than a Good Humor ice cream sundae cone.

I love that those twins try to show off like super rich, drive around a white land rover with white rims, but in tampa they had to stay at the howard johnson, shittiest hotel ever.

Next coouple of brackets should be pretty good. PJ vs P-rod, Ishod vs Morgan and I think Shane should be able to beat Carlin and Mo should be able to beat Nyjah. By the end of it, I think it is going to be the same people in the finals as usual. I hope in BATB 6, they only allow new riders and drop all the people that they have every year. Hell, even an all AM BATB would be dope.

I remember way back after Mo won the first one I was talking to my friend about it, like, "Maybe the next one will be on a flat rail, or bench, or mini ramp, or over a little gap, or something." Nope.

Maybe that's because the Howard Johnson is the hotel where all the people looking for crazy Tampa stories stay at.

Its incredible how consistent these guys are. I cant do half of those tricks let alone do it with an audience and people filming. I hope PJ, Ishod, or Morgan wins the whole thing.

Slightly off topic but, I remember back at the start of the year, on the CA Skateparks site, they mentioned in a blogpost about redoing the berrics. I'm kind of hoping that some of this is prefilmed, and at the end they present a new park design.

They did that with BATB 2 or something maybe... they had the finals be at the new park.  That was really rad and I'd love to see that again.  Hopefully something with some flow this time.
