I'm stoked for this.  He's been skating pro level from the jump.  And for people complaining about style, I'd way rather watch Filipe than Cole or  T-Puds any day.   His first line in his Plan-B Vandalism part alone deserves pro status.

He's the first skater to make me scream "ewww" out loud when watching footy.  He's sick though. He did a kickflip front nose I really liked in a LRG ad. I also thought it was cool when he switchflipped the Berrics stairs first try after just waking up minutes ago.

I`ve seen this guy get better and better over the years, from the early start everybody knew that he had a bright future on skating.
Back in 2001 he was already winning every other contest around here, after some time he had such ridiculous tricks on lock like kickflip bs smiths down handrails and kickflip fs crookeds on contest runs, this 7 years ago.

He was a little bit cocky back then, but it seems that it was just a phase and hes a pretty chill guy right now.  All I`m saying is that he has payed his dues, it definately didnt come easy for him and he deserves the pro status. I`m really glad for him and hope he keeps pushing technical street skating.

The only thing Gustavo does wrong is 360 flips, and sometimes I think he does them bad just to spite us. If a bunch of keep talking shit maybe he'll start skating slow too.
