I just jizz into an ice cube tray so that I have a pretty good amount of semen at the ready.  Don't microwave it though as the semen will lose their bio-available properties to foul up the drug test.  You need to put one ice cube in a shot glass and place that in some warm water.  Does anyone remember the proportion (semen to drug intake ratio)?

Fuck, I didn't know freezing worked... I guess it makes sense since sperm banks do it for prolonged periods... I always just refrigerated (usually holds up about a month but eventually needs to be reconstituted a bit).

I don't know the exact ratio, but I DO know you need more for weed than you do for molly or coke since THC pretty much saturates fat cells. As a heavy toker, I try to stop for at least five days and take in about one ounce up until the day of the test. Luckily the tests only look for the actual drugs and known inhibitors, high B vitamins (people that flush themselves pop a good bit of B-12 so they pee yellow), and some of the other shit in those detox mixes.

(OP, make sure you take notes on all these semen techniques. the ice cube one that layzieyez talked about is very efficient. i like to slam 2 quick jizz shots right before i go in to take my drug test. i usually chase it with some Monster or maybe a glass of Aloe Vera juice. it adds a nice texture to the whole thing.)
