I don't like Real as a company because they're kinda like Zero where it's more important for you do do 'hammers' and 'gnarly' skating than just flowing and doing lines.  Really, he should have stayed on Plan B.  Element seems like the type of company that's really good, but unsponsorable skaters go to get paid.  I think that the skaters don't realize that not getting coverage while you're on is not going to help when you get kicked off the team and don't have a back up because you're so elusive.

Yeah, the real vid had no lines at all....

darrell has some of the most natural talent ever witnessed on a skateboard.  in fact, I was just talking with someone the other night about what he's done at clipper.  to even LOOK at that spot and think "i'm gonna ollie over to fs blunt" is insane....then to go back and nollie bs noseblunt it?!?!  fuck.  BUT, that being said, he's got some issues.  that being said, I miss the days when he was young and on Real.  it was a great fit.

what issues?

a friend in houston filmed most of that 2012 clip and just said he would have these crazy mood swings, bi polar typeshit going on, just like flying off the handle for no reason. other than that a normal dude so maybe its one of those anxiety proved things

From what I understand, Darrell has been suggesting he's on LE, but is not actually getting on LE.

This is good, I wouldn't buy any element board apart from the Chad Muska series and I would like to see a Stanton board that I like.

if he truly has these mood swings/bipolar shit going on, i hope he can at least acknowledge it and do something about it. he's got one of my favorite styles of all time, and obviously is a natural talent on a skateboarder. more importantly, that shit is no fun and quality of life starts slipping if it's left unchecked.

do it darrell.

There is more Bieber coverage on Slap than one would expect from a bunch of manboys arguing the minutiae of rollerboard stunts. Actually now that I type that it kinda makes sense.

Hearing this really bums me out. I remember watching Free Your Mind for the first time in 8th grade with the Frank Gerwer cab skit and thinking, wow, this guy seems like the coolest/happiest dude ever. I've always wished him the best ever since, despite not backing his move from Real and Vans; his personality always shone through. Stay up Darrell!

What issues? for starters, if you watch that Trio part, apparently he butters his bread before toasting it.

(I always found him to be a nice enough dude, however)
