@oyolar new wheels would help a smoother ride while firecracker. I ride 56's and mine were warn down to about 50s. So yeah new wheels would help a lot

I have a friend who is a well known and successful skate lawyer (check @sk8lawyer on twitter) it seems like you have a pretty good case,  I think he could maybe get the trick taken out of the video or at least get you some compensation for all the butthurt.

I agree about the qualms with the design of the site, I personally prefer the look of it from 10 foot away, through fisheye and when I only look at 70% of the page.
