Pretty sure LRG has no money woes since Jonas passed away. L-R-G is everywhere, as in stores and such and never neglected their skate program.

Maybe they are freeing up room to add some new riders?

They've had a skate team since day one and even the hip-hop people they supported was spot on. I still remember the ad with Living Legends.

I am not die hard L-R-G fan like I was in early 2003 but I'd still wear them over Matix and Krew.

none of the new team additions (sandoval,asta,marks) have been consistent with the original team, are they gonna do a 180 and change the direction of the clothes too? the only thing wearable is there sox.

aren't they the parent company for omit?........then that would explain the new team editions to have similar teams??

the reason i said fuck em(not just lrg) was because it seems to me that streetwear companies start up skate teams to add a quote-unquote street element to the company that they wouldn't have otherwise. 

I can understand why you back the company.  I never thought too much of them, other than them endorsing the hip hoppers as you mentioned.  It basically was a matix/4star except for listen and organika instead of girl/chocolate.  What's the direction of the company now though?  It's like they're still trying to push the whole organika and listen vibe, but take 3 of the people that basically gave them their image off the official team and replace them with 3 guys that, although are pretty fuckin raw, do not fit with the image of the company at all.

Now i feel like they do not have much to keep them different from a company like 10deep, which also has a dope team but absolutely nothing else

They've slimmed up a lot. I was looking at some jeans the other day and they're as dick hugger as you can get and their straight fit jeans are comparable to Levis 501s. They've gotten a lot better and I think all (if not most) street wear companies have slimmed up.


They straight went from pro to pro flow.

Uhh LRG video isn't that old and Rob has been putting out footy for BLVD in their promos,  if you haven't seen them. Rodrigo is dope though, guy has un believable pop, he shreds.

Yep, my son pushes mongo! And he can also read a 400 page book in one day and gets straight A's in school.
