As much as I love Arto, that made me want to see a whole Penny episode.  More unseen footage and stories of Penny would make me the happiest man in the world.

I saw Flip on their first tour through the states. This was when pros were still filming parts with sloppy, bounced landings, feet hanging off, etc. Seeing Penny come to our park was seriously fucking unbelievable. At the time we had seen the switch f/s flips only since that was all mags/411 showed but in person he could do anything and made me wonder how much people were missing by only seeing switch f/s flips. . He even skated vert that day.

Even the best local guys had their jaws hanging off. Dude did the most insane shit for back then, almost all first try, and it was all so clean compared to what alot of people were doing.

Some newer kids don't get the deal with Penny but the era he showed up in with that kind of skill is what made his name.

You're tripping, All those ads, like the M*A*S*H, BubbleGum Punk, Rune Football Hooligan,  Rowley on the Vespa, Penny Scholar,  Ali Boulala One Hate are classic, probably some of the best of all time. Maybe the last video and recent art has clouded your memory, but if you think they have had the worst art direction ever, I'd hate to see what you think is good.
