The old school half cabs were pretty flimsy as well. I like how shoes are turning away from bulky shoes and getting more basic because I'm a basic shoe type of man. Perfect

how about shutting the fuck up? if you skate for long enough you'll come to realize you're going to fuck up your feet/ankles one way or another. my ankle feels like it's going to give way at any moment skating in these shoes. plus flipping my board doesn't feel right in them. they don't support your ankles in anyway, fuck that, give me a pair of busenitz over these anyday.

Feel is all personal, there are some mid top emericas too though. The Hsu's are one example.

had these a couple years ago, they were great. I'm not sure if they still make them though.
