Never heard of it so checked out their "About" page where they claim 100% skater operated," NOT *skater owned* mind you). Looking deeper it's a division of Karmaloop, uppity online "urban street culture boutique" cashing in on the skate hype. Great place to stock up on totally awesome "sk8deck" brands like GLMR KLLS, Dope Couture, and RadisRad. Sick, brosef! They also run the members only PLNDR mail order, all under the operation of giant douche, Greg Selkoe.

I wouldn't want to support Reign either. Worse than [supposedly] being run by drunk racists, it's owned by super XTREME action sports star and bike company owner: Chris Cole.

If anyone must use mail order there are a few, very few, really good and true skater owned places that do decent mail order. Perfect example, these guys: http://www.cowtownskateboards.com/.
I remember when PHX only had a couple mall shops. Then Cowtown opened and have been the backbone of Arizona skating ever since, and Phoenix has one of the best skate scenes anywhere due in very large part to Cowtown, the skaters they support, and most importantly the skaters who chose to keep it local and support them. Perfect example of how important it is and how it pays off to back real shops.

That said, I'm not affiliated with Cowtown in any way, and don't even live in Phoenix, just inspire by them and appreciate what they've done.
