Idk how to embed, but JWray's people apparently got together with Cab's people and confirmed, seemingly without a doubt, the existence of frontside cabs. I know Carroll talked ab fakie fs flip vs. fs half cab flip, etc... but it seems the case is now, and forever closed? Perhaps ending a years, possibly decades long argument (mainly among slappers)? Thoughts? Gipper? Sorry if it's abp, moderately sorry that I couldn't embed

I see there is still bias.

Mr. Steve Caballero invented the Cab - fakie backside 360. We, humans are programmed to be proud, take credit for important achievements. Here asking his opinion what is the right nomenclature - fakie frontside 360 vs fakie frontside cab - is not a subjective choice, because his opinion is biased towards his own accomplishment.

I'm here With Carroll. Fakie Cab is fakie backside 360 and fakie frontside 360 is fakie frontside 360.

Actually who did THE first fakie frontside 360? If it was also Steve Caballero, then my above paragraph is trash.

Fakie Cab is fakie backside 360 and fakie frontside 360 is fakie frontside 360.

"fakie cab" is redundant and thus should as such not exist.

If you follow Jeremy on Instagram you'll get your fill of trick name debates.

Varial kickflips come up all the time, as do frontside half cab flips.

Whatever you call it, Jeremy Wray did it (180) down the LA triple set in 2001. At the time I never understood how heavy that was but it's fucking crazy.

It's not really something that comes up a lot, but I always go with, "Front cab", "Frontside half-cab flip", etc.  "Fakie 360" just sounds weird to me.

Carroll says frontside half cab flip and hates the term fakie frontside flip-this would mean that he actually disagrees with you.  Therefore, both Cab and Carroll disagree with you and as a result you are incorrect, as you cannot disagree with those two in any matter skateboard related.  I'm sorry.

Me too. If you're going fakie and you ollie and rotate 180 or 360, f/s or b/s, it'll always be a half-cab or cab to me. But it has to be fakie and you have to ollie.

Only thing that bothers me is it should be backside cab. Regular, nollie, switch, back 180 means your back is traveling forward as you do it. For some reason they fucked up naming fakie tricks.

heelflip shove it is more accurate.  varials are when you turn the board with your hand.

Cab had an issue with nollie 360s being called nollie cabs, but guess what you made millions off 1 shoe, so it's nollie cab i don't care. Maybe he'll accept it if we call it a switch cabellarial. Also Barley grinds are mostly switch, switch 180 to regs smith grind, can we call a frontside 180 to switch smith, switch barley grind? Rick Ibasta invents Barley grinds anyway so everything is fucked.

A cab is a backside 360 in fakie. Your body and board spin in the exact same way fakie and regular.

Calling a fakie frontside cab/360 is spinning frontside and it makes sense to me.

When's it's fakie bs/fs 360, I'm opting for full cab/fs full cab everytime

Fakie backside flip? Half cab flip. But when it comes to fakie frontside flips? Fakie frontside flip. My brain can't see it otherwise.

What did Reynolds do at West LA 12 in Baker 3? 180 over a planter with a no-push "fakie frontside flip".
