I met him last summer at one of the "Punk Rock Karaoke" things he did. Shook his hand and they were big and soft, felt like I was shaking some freshly baked bread. Nice guy, Adolescents S/T was a big album for me when I was getting into punk as a kid.

He died in his sleep apparently. Such a bummer,he was a great guy.

Wanted to post the part by Dan Drehobl/Phil Shao from emericas Yellow but can’t seem to find it anywhere?  Not even on YouTube, which is a travesty.  Far better use of ‘Black Hole’.
