Can good damped insoles weaken muscles and sinews. I guess if there is much less impact, the sinews, muscles and bones don`t get those micro-cracks, which are painful, but could lead to more strenght if they grow togehter again.
Example: If you had a broken bone the bone often is much stronger than before.
I considered to buy some damped insoles, because of my knees, but now I`m not sure.
Maybe I should only wear them for very high jumps and not all day long.
What do you think?

If you are referring to Foot Print insoles then yes they will help your knees.
Idk what you're talking about getting weaker tho, because you're simply switching insoles. The insoles you already have in your shoes will attempt to "dampen" already unless they are worn out and thin as fuck.
So to sum it up... No they wont weaken your sinews lol...if anything they will protect the range of motion and the alignment of your legs whilst making your life easier.
Also if you're 360% serious about this topic then go ask your local podiatrist and they will inform you on everything you need to know.

I`m pretty sure that even doctors would give you different opinions.

Doctors tell people to not skate and to cut back on drinking, not the Fred Gall program I'm after.

all shoes are support and if you're truly independent you don't need support. for today's neoprimitivist it's important to go in stores sometimes so the only acceptable alternative to no footwear is those 'shoes' w/ the toes. i think they're known as 'foot gloves'.

Have some 4 $ gel-soles, now . I feel a big difference. Less sore, less pain, because of less micro-cracks.
But still not sure if this is good or bad.

There might be something to the "stronger foot muscles = less heel pain" but it’s been my experience that cutting down on shock absorbing leads to more knee problems in your 40’s - which is the fucking worst.
