Me 20 mins .. I suck..

I skated for 34 years to get to today.

My knee is shot so not at all today. I usually try for 2 to 5 hours a day.

It's 730 in the morning and im at work.

Yesterday, Saturday: 0 minutes. But I did bike around SF for 10 hours.
Today: Considering I just woke up, 0 minutes so far.
On a roll.

Yesterday about 2 hours and it's early as hell and i haven't had my six pack yet so 0 today. As soon as i kill this sixer though I'm hitting downtown for a few hours.

About 15mins. Repeatedly tried to skate a tiny bowl, got vibed by a tiny child and made a fool of myself.

My ankle is fucked so half hour (but I live in a park so I'll skate some tranny b4 I go to bed)

Yesterday 3 hrs. Today 30mins... My son started having a violent stomach ache so we bounced... Got home and his sorry ass was just fine.

About 30 minutes but I went to the park yesterday for almost two and a half hours so I think it evens out.

over the course of 6 hours but that involved some breaks cos i'm in my mid 30s. my front leg thigh is definitely tired/lightweight cramping. very fun. prolly won't skate until Tuesday again.

I had two sessions today. The first was by myself and from 7:30am- 10am. A big chunk of that was walking around town looking for new spots while sipping coffee. The second one was with friends and went from 8pm-11:30pm. A big chunk of that was standing in parking lots drinking beer.

A good two hours in the morning. Couldn't handle anymore, the humidity is overwhelming. I came back home and drank chocolate milk, and now I'm in my pajamas.

Last couple days have been raining/miserable. Skating flat in my garage- 2.5hrs total.
Ended Sunday (after about 2hrs) stomping primo on back to back sw fs flips (in Vans). I'm re-learning everything at 40+ and want these proper. These were so much easier on my feet with 7.75's or just going Muska with it... Being old is no excuse right?
Yesterday ends (after 30mins) with me experimenting with front foot placement on nollie heels. Again landing primo, slightly over-rotating the flip and calling it day. Fucking things are on lock one week and gone the next...
About had it with vulc though. I have some older FC Classics I might try for the hell of it.

Rode around for about 45 minutes to kill time before going to a bar for an open mic. Put my name on the list and waited 3 hours to play 2 stupid songs in front of 10 people. Paid for the over priced beers. Ended up leaving because I picked higher energy tracks to put on the USB and at that point everyone was tired and ready to leave. Got home and shat my pants two feet from the bathroom because of fast food and cigarettes.

According to my route planner I covered 5.8 miles with an ascent/decent of 362ft.
Was not all skating as I do not push up hills, sometimes skating involves not skating and having to goto your mums house to feed her cats cause she is away on holiday yet again.

Approximately the 20 seconds to do some shitty manuals to get from my front office to lock up my warehouse, then back again for 20 seconds more. Averaging about 3.3 minutes per week these days, not too shabby if I do say so myself. Maybe 4 minutes last week as I had to make up for missing the full distance across one floor block and felt compelled to do it twice.

I skated the indoor park to myself for another 2 hours last nite (today at 1 am). I landed some cab flips (only getting them 270 but I caught a couple of them) - never really tried them before but there not much harder than half cab flips. I fell earlier yesterday and now my sciatic is acting up. No skate today I'm thinking.

About an hour and a half yesterday.. But I was hungover and sick, so I didn't do much.

4 hours, worked a mid shift so I was able to enjoy the fall skate weather once I was done.
