It's not as bad as the kids i see wearing those earflap beanies with shorts and a sweatshirt on.

I wear beanies all the time too, hot weather or not. If you wear one with a loose knit (and a cotton one, not that polyester/acrylic stuff) they can breath better than a mesh hat. They keep sweat from getting all up in your eyeballs as well.

When I saw Daewon, it was like 100 degrees and he was rocking a beanie as per usual. He has hella nappy hair. He should just shave it, but whatever. Do what ya want.
