that part got a lot of little kids into skating, people that had been around for a while weren't really into it.

looked like he didn't have any fear back then part's full of sick handrails and gaps when almost every other pro were just hoppin' on little curbs in the schoolyards
that part influenced alot of kids(and pros) jump down big stuff (and after that it became cool to hate handrails)
my vhs tape got so shitty 'cause I rewinded that so many times...
welcome to hell and Mouse, goldfish, ee3, all the good ol 411's...made me so psyched to skate back then.

cause it seems like a lot of people get caught up on that. personally i think hes got the industry figured out and is probobly one of the smartest dudes in skateboarding today.

sick part, I'm not a huge Jamie thomas fan, but he changed skateboarding, and he really is well rounded, the two lines with the sal 23s at the high flatbars, they always stood out to me

Anyways, back to the video. Jamie ruled shit back then. I saw the photo of the one footed 50-50 in a magazine and by brain nearly short curcuited. :o Back in those days when me or any of my friends would see some insane gap or rail in our town we'd refer to it as "some Jamie Thomas type shit"
