i hate how his torso freezes and he looks down trying to make it all casual, but his feet are in a disgusting position, or he isn't completely balanced and he's got to fix himself but still tries to get away with steezin' it.

really, that doesn't seem to fake to me. it looked easy for him. not only that, but who hasn't had awkward steeze when landing sometimes? by taking still shots after tricks and claiming he's fake makes no sense. you could take stills of any skater after he's landed and claim they are faking their style, even the best ones-carroll, howard, koston. reynaolds, oyola. anyone.

Despite having some regular ass landings in Time to Shine. I think Ronson is allright. I just posted the Fake Steeze video cause I think it's hilarious. I mean. There's even a shot of him sitting on a train in that. Like he's fake steezing it there too. :D

I like his skating. It is a little slow, but I remember the tricks he does long after I've forgotten the hunched back, foot position, and whatever other trivial bullshit you guys all criticize him for. He's got a unique style, and it can't please everyone, but he's a damn quality skateboarder.

My name is Tommy and I've been a close friend with Ronson since my first day of high school. I would of never pictured my self posting on here, but when people come at my friend like this I just want to put this out there.(i've lurked on here for years) This kid has put in more hours on a skateboard then most pro's put in a life time. Ronson is a good kid, weird but a really good kid. He's super shy which is why he has such a hard time pushing him self and his skating onto other people. He's not in it for that. Skateboarding did make him go insane. But that has happened to a lot of people(PJ?). Lets just say in high school I was working a full time job on the side and every day I would pick Ronson up from his house go to work and he would skate out side the entire time I worked. I would get off work and we would go skate a park or flat ground till late at night and sometimes he would even have me drop him off in a random parking lot somewhere just so he could practice flat ground just a little longer. FUCK ALL YOU RONSON HATERS... This kid is for real... It pains me to see so many "personality skaters" get picked up while the shy kid from ENC gets passed over. But ooh well. I would loved to see him on something more "legit" but he's is still living the dream and isnt that what this is really all about? Finally can I just say take the hate down a couple notches or maybe aim it somewhere worth hating(try THawk or mailorders). Any one still in skateboarding for the love of it gets love from me.. Ronson is an encinitas skate legend and will be forever no matter what kooks say on here....

when he lands something sketchy, it almost looks alright because it looks more natural. but when he lands something perfect, his whole body locks up for about a minute and he just stares at his feet in a hunchback kind of way. not hating on your freind as a person, i just don't really enjoy watching him ride a skateboard.

I think he is talented as fuck and the slap mob mentality has snowballed some minor hate into something way overblown. The kid has some great tricks.
But, hearing that he is some poor kid from escondido who got passed over kind of makes me happy. Too many kids from that area get picked up too easily, and the idea of a talented kid from that area getting screwed and passed over sits nicely with me.
