The school level was definitely legit, especially when you get to the hidden part and skate the Carlsbad gap.
The Philadelphia level was tight as well.

On American Wasteland it has Hollywood High

i would be like
"Dude Brian watch this i'm going to fucking switch fs flip the leap of faith!"
and my special bar would barely move
i could of killed someone

I hate all those games for my having to endure people talking about all the "combos" in FF.

Yeah that shit sounds awful...
-
i just cant enjoy those games anymore.... maybe when i was younger but not anymore..... thrasher skate and destroy was probably the most realistic skating game, it was tough as hell to play....
-
underground was the hight of tony hawks games now they suck
-
I think 2 had the best playability - they didn't really improve after and the characters' movements kept getting jerkier.
-
The pro skaters are the best.
-
my favorite was number 3.... until skate came out
-
Why play a videogame when you can go out and skate?
-
because you can double frontflip a mega
-
Why play a videogame when you can go out and skate?
rain, injured, dark, really fucking hot, snowing, really really cold, late at night at home, waiting on your friend to come over so you can go skate, chillin inside waitin for dinner, and most of all because its fun
-
i thought number 4 was really really good, fun gameplay and missions, kona level is tight as is sf.
-
i always did tre flip noseslides down hubba
-
THPS2 is money, I still play it on my Dreamcast to this day!

THPS 2 had best soundtrack hands down don't forget about 4 though Muskabeatz!
-
Tony Hawk 2X for the Xbox.
You play like 2, but there's the levels from 1-3, + some new ones.
And your own soundtrack, since it's Xbox.
Lovely.
-
the fourth was most likely the best. played the fuck out of it when i had a broken leg. i remember the suburb level if you got close to the construction workers you could hear them fart and tell jokes.
-
which one had philly/love park level? two right?
one two and underground were so awesome, wasnt feelin the rest really
i started skating right around when one came out and i remeber i thought that a lot of that stuff could actually happen..noob
-
thps 3 on the pc, using the key board makes it hard as fuck.
its impossible to do frontside flips from the regular stance without having 15 fingers

this guys right, only downside is the shitty xbox controller. as for a single game, gest has got it, if you turn down all the stats its almost realistic, and lots of the gaps are barely possible.

when tony hawk 1 came out, i stood in best buy for 4 hours playing it. i thought it was the coolest thing i'd ever seen. 2 was great for sure though, but after that they were all the same and pretty boring.

I thought the exact same thing. Sounded weird... The SLAP demographic just got younger than me.
