quality stuff in that bcn clip, the only thing that bothered me was the combination of sun/dirty lens that made it kinda sketchy at times. so.. which tricks were yours in that?

i'm Dani, the one with the best tricks is my frind 'Boli', (there's names at the beginning). And yeah, the sun fucked up some of the tricks, and we still have to learn to use the wide angle lens properly.

i guess, but that may have more to do with the tricks in it than a lack of pop. if there was more flatground or higher ledges maybe you'd see pop. anyways, i'm not defensive, i don't claim that myself or the kids at the park are very good. thats just a little clip filmed over a couple days by a kid who'd never filmed or edited before.
oh, and i'm pretty sure i popped that scooter leap pretty high.

we've made a couple full length, i just didn't bother mentioning them since i doubt anybody wants to see 30 minutes of gay handed canadians with stiff legs and no pop. this isn't serious stuff, just a group of friends. most of the stuff in the promo's is what doesn't make the videos however, so they're a bit better.

No, I'm actually from right outside of Detroit, but I went to Boston in the summer of 2004. The spots there were sooooo good, but we got kicked out of almost everywhere instantly. Thanks a lot for the feedback I Phantom and Brandon, made my day.

i'm not sure about cheap 3 chips, but you can get an optura 10 or 20, which is a really good 1 chip camera for around $400 or so. possibly even less on ebay.

The cheapest 3 chip mini dv cameras would be the Panasonic GS series (GS 150, 250, 300, 400, etc.). The GS series is pretty good for how much they cost and puts out a decent picture. Like Brandon said, a Canon Optura 10 or 20 isn't a bad choice either. It is only a 1 chip though.
Alright, I searched the Panasonic site. You can get these same cameras or other GS series cameras for much less than this. I just posted these links to show you the cameras.

watching all these clips makes me want to get a video camera of my own. whats the cheapest 3 chip mini dv camcorder in the market? looking for something $800 and below.
The cheapest 3 chip mini dv cameras would be the Panasonic GS series (GS 150, 250, 300, 400, etc.). The GS series is pretty good for how much they cost and puts out a decent picture. Like Brandon said, a Canon Optura 10 or 20 isn't a bad choice either. It is only a 1 chip though.
Alright, I searched the Panasonic site. You can get these same cameras or other GS series cameras for much less than this. I just posted these links to show you the cameras.

That was ok, You definently got tricks, but I didn't really feel your style it was ok most of the time you were landing your tricks all sketched and shit and I got the "land at any cost" type feel from it and most of the filming was good except for some of it were whoever was filming it had steadyshot on(I think more of the lines towards the end) so you got the dancing viganette. over all it was really good, but the sketchiness was hard to get by and at some points I was falling a sleep. So for me it would really be hard to get into that whole video. Whatever it was.

Nah that a park thats in an old aircraft hanger in Sacramento its run by the City and its got some pretty cool stuff in it like right now the just put in some jersey barriers in there with tthe bottom of it cemented and shit. Sick stuff there, fun place for the winter. I might edit more shit to show some of the newer stuff.
