Title: pat brennan appreciation
Post by: FFUR YLLIB on July 26, 2006, 01:43:41 PM
the guy was so creative on a skateboard. i was bummed he never had a firm part (not to my knowledge, anyway). let's give it up for him.

ironic, he almost gets hit by a car at least twice in this one.

i appreciated the shit out of that part when it came out.

so much so that i bought his deck (the slick with loads of meat on it), then landed my first 360 flip on it.

then the grip fell off.

my first 3 flip was on a gabriel rodriguez 101 jesus deck in a kfc parking lot around 1am.

yeah, one of my favorite parts without a doubt.

This was always strange....The deck that came out months before Pat's untimely death:

I liked his part in Hot Batch, especially since the song he used was from Super Mario. Genius move for sure.
