i saw an article about the "ghetto games," which i guess he was some part of. the article talked about how he asked some of the kids write a short blurb about what skateboarding has meant to them and they turned out to be really good; i thought that was a pretty cool idea.

dude went out of his way to send me free grip, it wasn't like he had some stand in the mall giving it away and i just happened to be there and pick up some. they don't even sell it in my area, so it's not like i'll be buying some for my next board (i would if they did though), so he's never making that money back from me. so basically, he did a favor for a complete stranger over the internet. that's a good enough reason for me to like him. and i really like the grip, it skates better than any i've had before.
