its the sickest game i havent played it yet but i was watching my friend play it.

basically what it is is fallout 2 engine but some fan has created the world into a MMORPG that is 100% free you dont need to have fallout 2 inst\alled or anything you just get that file and start playing its sick as fuck if you are into that kind of game.
