Title: Zheng Gu Shui

An accupuncturist friend of mine turned me on to this stuff.  Really good for sore muscles, getting rid of swelling, and sore joints.  Kind of smells like bengay, but works really well.  You can find at any Asian market.  Pretty cheap, $5 maybe.  Pro tip, because I'm old and broken.
