I just watched this on espn on xbox and it was fuckin sick. Ben raybourn had some ill tricks too but then he got hurt. Ben hatchell ripped the whole time but raven edged him out on one of his last runs. after raven had already won he tried to Ollie this ridiculous gap from the top of the plexiglass thing over the channel and completely kneed himself in the face. it was incredible.

Kid is amazing. The next generation of ATV's is gnarly. Raven and Hatchell. It's odd to see them killing bowls with no pads and then the next dude's run is in full pads. If I were skating that shit, I'd be the latter with Rector hip pads and all.

Hatchell did everything better; smoother flow and harder tricks. I dont care much for this Raven kid, maybe needs a couple of years to improve some aspects of his skating. Whiever compared him to Glifberg must be high on God knows what, dont do it again or Satan and Lizard King will rape you and you force you push mongo for the rest of your life. Rune in Oakley flick:

Watched it live last yesterday. Both Raven and Hatchell killed it. I would have gave it to Hatchell (harder tricks 4 sure) but I do think Raven has a better style than him.

thanks for clearing that up theotits, I was wondering what happened with that cause I know when he first started getting coverage I would see tershAy. and for whoever quoted me wrong, I never said raven was the next cardiel. i think raven is going to be more tech than cardiel not saying that makes him better or worse than cardiel, but I like how he skates. anyone who can do 180 5-0 180 in on bowls like that gets my backing. and those backside ollies are dope as fuck.
