He also reminds me of Pappalardo.

Fuck, so many great tricks in that video. That switch back noseblunt was so casually thrown into the middle of the part I almost missed it.

The library lines were really dope too.

The line at the SF library was sick. No one goes the other direction.
yeah, this line was so tight, i was hyped watching it cause i was saying to myself "no way is he gonna keep going all the way to the other gap" and then he did. dude's lines were the length that most only produce by way of impromptu tricks, mostly flatground, but he actually planned out like 5 lines that long. like most would've called it a day after the half cab front nosegrind revert. amazing part, this will be getting a ton of replays from me.

i would of paid to see this.

fun fact: louie barletta did that exact same front blunt pop to the road that was near the start.
fun fact: no, no he didn't.
i don't wanna look like an ass if louie did this in a recent mag or video somewhere, but if you're talking about the front blunt gap to the street he does in bag of suck, that was at a different spot.

kind of unrelated, but suciu's last line makes me realize how fucked kerry getz's ollie up then gap to front lipslide down that rail is (that's the same spot, right?). fuck.

Sick part all around and I am feeling this kid's style, trick selection and the fact that he skates fast not to mention I am a huge Elliott Smith fan but that song has been used already in Blueprint's Belong Tour video 10 years ago.

I know it only came out on VHS and maybe a lot of people didn't see it but it grinds my gears when people re-use songs in videos because there are literally millions of songs to choose from in the world of music out there and people that make videos really should do some research before they start editing.

Other than that, young kids take notes because this is how it should be done.

I was trying to figure that out, as well. Seemed like there were a couple goofy little filler tricks, but the part was moving pretty fast so I maybe just didn't have time to process it.

I used to be pretty fucking skeptical of this dude, but this part changed my mind entirely. The lines and the lines and the lines. Like everyone said, the one at the library ending with the varial heel was just too much to handle. Seems like both his ability and his style are only getting better.

On the Ted DeGros thing, yeah, I could see that here and there. The skate world needs Ted DeGros, though.

No biggie, I don't expect everyone to have seen every video and I'm sure most people don't care or have an opinion about it but I'm one of those people who feel that songs should never be re-used for video parts, ever.

Having said that (Curb Your Enthusiasm), this part is FUCKING MENTAL and it's very, very re-watchable, can't say that for a lot of these web exclusive video drops these days.

That 5050 on the rail was followed by a pretty big hop over some stairs. Looked good to me. That kid killed it. Gonna be tough to top that.

looks like habitat is nearing completion of marks transformation. from so-cal yo-flipping crybaby to khaki wearing east coast wanabee. i bet this kids never heard of elliott smith either...

mark is an elliott smith fan and he picked that song himself at least 5 or 6 months ago.

Just watched it again with sound.  Fucking so good.  What was with that random 50-50 on a handrail though, can't really tell how gnarly it is from that angle.

that was on corner pocket rail (chris cole sw fs flipped over it in In Bloom, eric bielfeldt crook pop-overs it in static III, every video from philly has at least one trick on it, etc). somebody cut the rail off from the middle rung to the end, which made pretty much everyone deem it un-skateable. that makes it a 50-50 pop-out to flat.

he was a yo flipping so cal dude and that's why i didnt' care for him

but not no more motherfuckers

If you saw him in person maybe you would have cared more.  Sure, he yelled a lot, but he was a kid, and everyone gave him a lot of attention so I could sort of understood why he acted the way he did.  Even when he had that local hero vibe, his skating was pretty much unmatched locally (nor-cal (san jose-ish), btw. not so-cal) in terms of skill and style (most little short kids have the worst styles no matter how good they are).  I dunno, I never disliked his skating.

if this was facebook, all of your posts would be liked by me. you can't really complain about technology when it's free, right? i don't appreciate the raw factor of everything being taken away by releasing each anticipated video part online but, you really can't be too upset when you don't have to spend your money on them and, the ones that cost money are posted on here immediately. it's a win-win for internet geeks.

also, somehow i knew that he was going to bigspin into that rock spot in san jose before i saw the part. the clip didn't let me down like most. this kid is sick. regardless if you think he's changed styles, it's apparently working for him & it's not as hard on the eyes as most of the ams nowadays that have flipped their wardrobe for sponsors. i approve.

I started losing my mind watching this, his tricks give you so much to process, I got lost half way through trying to figure out all of the amazingness. It still makes me a bit dizzy to think through. Been a fan of this kid for a while.
People bitching about how blueprint used Elliot Smith, and maybe even the same song miss the point. The soundtrack to blueprint videos and the way they fit to the part is always awful. The last thing I want to see before hopping on my board on a sunny day is people skating under gray skies to Elliot Smith.  It actually fit in this part though and didn't make me want to slit my wrists.

It's not possible. The rail is barely the length of a board and the gap out is like four-five feet. Wish they had filmed it at a different angle, because it's pretty hard to tell how crazy it is

This was great.  Everybody has already talked about the skating and I agree with how good it all is.  I can't believe he did a back tail and then flew out back to regular 10 feet past those steps at pulaski in a line. The last line is very memorable too. Habitat pulled this off really well.  The road trip angle worked great because he got to get good footage at all those different plazas and spots on the east coast without it coming off like they are pushing him as an "east coast guy" all the sudden.  I want to go put in some work trying to learn ledge tricks now.
