You don't think Girl/Chocolate would have some link with, oh, I dunno... Spike Jonze?

Jay Jaramusch?

Who would Roman Polanski be? Selfish?

It did cross my mind, but I'm pretty drunk and that seemed too obvious.  Roman Polanski would be Whalecock.

Since they directed their movies, fucktard

By the way, AWS isn't surreal enough to be directed by david lynch, but Mystery and Alfred Hitchcock made me chuckle

Not really a company but Ty Evans?

Newer stuff is uh, . . . . longwinded (Avatar)

the experimental sensibilities of AWS are more in tune with Stan Brakage:

Mothlight - Stan Brakhage (1963) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jaezt80Sm1A#)

I was thinking on that one too, but they change stylistically movie to movie.

Terrence Malick def doesnt fit habitat.

I would guess he's probably basing that on Tree of Life.  Werner Herzog - Habitat would work for me.

LE - Danny Leiner

Heroin - Gregg Araki

I take back what I said now. When watching that I felt like it was an intro to an AWS video.

I see Wes Anderson more with Krooked.

And I see Plan B as George Lucas, original films (team) was groundbreaking, now the star wars prequels etc (current team) not on the same level.
